About the Event
As part of its True Italian Taste project, the IICCI within its Authentic Italian Table activity is organising a display of 11 Authentic Italian ingredients: Artichokes (Hearts in Oil), Balsamic Vinegars of Modena, Extra Virgin Olive Oils (E.VO.O), Peeled Tomatoes, Tomato Paste, Truffles and Truffle Oil from 9 original Italian brands: Boscovivo, dolce vita™, Barberra, Madama Oliva, Ponti, Rosso Gargano, - Solania S.R.L., Urbani Truffle made available in India by 3 importers: Chenab Impex, Fine Foods and Seven Lamps, emphasising the objectives of our True Italian Taste Project, i.e. to allow consumers worldwide to know the authentic Italian products and their close linkage to the territory and guide lovers of authentic Italian cuisine to choose 100% Made in Italy products and ingredients.
